About NeoCasa

A main reason why we purchased this house is the location. We have friends that have bought houses in compounds 10-15 min drive from the beach, and from the city center, and when low season sets in they are empty of people. Also it makes you dependent on a car or motorbike for restaurants and grocery shopping. 

We wanted a house in HuaHin with walking distance to the center, markets and restaurants, but at the same time was secluded.

NeoCasa consists of 16 town houses with 3 stories. Four if you include the buddha room and potential storage in the attic. Currently a few of them are empty and for sale and can be a good catch if you are into renovations.
